Jon Brion is supposed to put out a proper solo album at some point. Until then, we have Dean Drouillard. On Dream At The Harmony Motel, he takes some heavy Brion influence (“Today”) and throws in some Burt Bacharach and Jeff Buckley for good measure. Very impressive.
